Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Canada.
 • Canada: delivery within 2–7 business days
 • United States: delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we apply strict return guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
 • The product is unused
 • The product is in its original, sealed, factory packaging
 • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


Change of Mind

If you decide to return an eligible item because you changed your mind:
 • The item must meet all eligibility conditions above
 • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility.

To qualify:
 • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
 • Provide clear photo and video evidence showing:
 • the damage or defect
 • the product condition
 • the original packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping if required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 • Opened or used products
 • Products without original seals
 • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
